ERP Logistics Business Analyst

Job Description:
  • To assist implementation/rollout, application support for Logistics Module and development of SAP ABAP RIEFW functional aspects
  • To ensure proper SAP support and development to Business Unit requirements and in accordance with ICT SLA

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience in SAP support or SAP implementation
  • Has the experience/involved in minimum 1 full cycle SAP implementation or roll out of MM Module (including Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution) or has the experience in min. 1 year of supporting MM Module (including Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution)
  • Have good knowledge in IT project life cycle/system development life cycle, business process design, capacity planning, trouble shoot and configure ERP applications – preferably SAP or material management
  • Required language(s): English
  • Strong analytical thinking and ready to work multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Service oriented person and team player
  • Willing to work hard, discipline, loyal, pro-active and able to work individually as well as a team

Accounting Officer

Job Description:
  • Preparing journal daily reports (daily, weekly & monthly)
  • Handle reconcile and maintain accounts in Account Receivables, Account Payables, Cash & Bank Statements
  • Assist with monthly closings & adjustments journals
  • Preparing and compose monthly financial statements & reports
  • Responsible for making, checking and releasing invoices before the deadlines

Requirements:
  • Male/ Female max. 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting or equivalent with GPA min 3.00
  • Having Experience min 3 years as Accounting
  • Brevet A/ B/ C certificate is advantageous
  • Good understanding of finance and accounting system
  • Knowledge of operating accounting software is a must
  • Good personal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills
  • Broadminded, creative, strategic and analytical thinking

Job Description:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Tax/Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Accounting, Audit/Taxation or equivalent
  • Brevet A/ B/ C certificate is advantageous
  • Good understanding of finance and accounting system
  • Knowledge of operating accounting software is a must
  • Having good knowledge of the basics of taxation applicable in Indonesia
  • Knowing the prevailing tax rules
  • Understand and appreciate the e-SPT
  • Good personal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Mastering Computers (MS Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
